Do you want the freedom to use our advanced fully functional management system to cater directly to your customers? Resellers can have full access to our Application Program Interface (API) for managing all aspects of their business.
If you already have an API set up in your business, all you need to do is integrate your API to PlanetReseller's backend to register domains directly.
Your system will talk to our system behind the scenes. You will be able to register domains from your site, with all functions operated through your system.
If you don't have an existing system yet, there are some excellent third party applications on the market that have moulded their system to PlanetReseller's. We recommend WHCMS, AWBS, and Accountlab.
You will have the option of handling all your own billing and customer management, while we assist you with the integration of your API interface.
This is how our API system works
When a sale is put through on your site, that information is passed on to ours for processing and confirmation is sent back to your site.
The system is seamlessly integrated into your existing site, enabling you to offer a wholly automated interface with the PlanetReseller registration engine.
The Details- We will need an initial minimum deposit of USD$50.00 for the HTTP post interface to establish a credit balance. This is required if you wish to use your own billing system and payment gateway.
- Domain names registered to your account through the API will progressively draw down upon this prepaid deposit. When your credit balance is fully depleted you will need to top up your account. Easy!
- When you want to start to use our API system, please get in contact with our reseller account manager by sending us an email on resellersupport@planetreseller.info
- You can download the current version of the PlanetReseller API specfication Manual.
- The URL that you must post HTTP requests to is as follows: https://api.planetdomain.com/servlet/TLDServlet
- You need to maintain a healthy credit balance in your account to continue registering domains.
